We at ABC Pediatric Dentistry are proud to be part of a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive health care available today. In addition, we are also dedicated to making top quality care as cost-effective as possible. To assist you with your healthcare investment at our office, we provide the following payment options:
Option 1:
Payment at the time of service. If insurance is not participating, a 10% discount will be extended on all services paid in full under this option.
Option 2:
Payment Plan Options. Upon approval, financing programs are available, including 3 to 12 months interest free! A short application will need to be filled out and faxed or telephoned in for approval.

Co-Payments and deductibles at the time of service. Please understand that your insurance plan is a contract between you and the insurance company. Our office will ESTIMATE co-payments that will be due at the time of service. Keep in mind that these are ESTIMATES and if your insurance company pays less, you will be responsible for the balance. In the event that the insurance company pays more, we will credit your account or refund you the amount.
Option 4:
Flex Spending/Cafeteria Plan. We require that you pay at the time of service. We will gladly provide the necessary information for you to submit your flex spending/cafeteria plan in order for you to receive reimbursement.

Our office offers several different payment options, see above,to help you pay for the services we provide. However, we will not carry a balance on any account over ninety days. All accounts over 90 days must have a payment plan agreement with our office or they will be sent to our collection agency.
Patient Rewards
By Passing along our new "Smile and Share" card you will receive a $20 credit on your child’s account, and the new family who presents the card will receive $20 off their first visit. This is a way to help us ensure each child receives a thorough, low-stress dental check-up and needed dentistry they deserve from a children’s specialist. In addition to the $20 credit, you can also receive extra rewards (such as movie passes and restaurant gift certificates) if you give out more than one card in a particular quarter. These cards are available at our office.
